Nairobi Half Life

Nairobi Half Life is the story of a young, aspiring actor from upcountry Kenya. Mwas, has dreams of becoming a success in the big city. So, he sets out in pursuit of his dreams in the big city of opportunity, Nairobi.  Mwas soon discovers why Nairobi is nicknamed Nairobbery, as he is robbed of all his money and belongings.  Left alone in a city where he  knows no one, he ends up getting tangled with two groups of downtown crooks. He is quickly drawn into a new world of theft and violence, all the while still trying to fulfill his dreams of becoming an actor. Finally, he is forced to choose between the two worlds in which he finds himself living in Nairobi.
